Corporate Videographer in Gorey, Carlow, Waterford and Kilkenny: Event Video That Gets Used

Companies spend a fortune on events and then keep almost nothing from them. A conference ends, the room empties, and what’s left is a handful of phone photos and a vague memory that the keynote went well.

A corporate videographer turns the day into something you can use again. Here’s how to hire one without wasting the budget.

What does a corporate event videographer do?

Records the event so it keeps working after the event is over. That might be a conference, an awards night, a product launch, a staff celebration, or a company anniversary.

O’Neill Wedding Videos is better known for weddings, but corporate work is a regular part of the schedule. Waterford corporate events are a fairly common weekend for us, and Gorey, Carlow, and Kilkenny are all on the usual run. More than twenty years behind a camera means we’re calm when a speaker overruns or a projector dies.

Business event videographer: what you can ask for

Full coverage

Multi-camera recording of the stage, the speakers, and the audience. This is the version you’d use to share a talk with people who couldn’t attend. Our concerts and shows work uses the same multi-angle approach with clean audio, and that setup carries straight over to a conference.

A short highlight film

Three or four minutes that capture the atmosphere. Good for the website and for promoting next year’s event.

Individual clips

Speaker moments, award presentations, and a CEO’s announcement. Cut separately, they’re easy to post and easy to find.

Decide before the day which of these you want. Most companies discover afterwards that they needed the one they didn’t ask for.

Company event videographer in Carlow, Waterford and Kilkenny

Location matters less than people assume. A videographer within sensible reach of your venue is plenty. What matters is whether they’ve filmed in function rooms, hotels, and conference spaces before, because each has its own lighting and its own acoustic quirks.

Gorey is a special case worth mentioning. It sits at the northern edge of our normal territory, so if you’re searching for a corporate videographer in Gorey, we’re a short run from Wexford rather than a long haul from somewhere else.

Corporate videographer checklist

Question	Why it matters
How is audio recorded?	Speeches are worthless on playback if you can’t hear them
How many cameras?	One camera can’t cover stage and audience
What do I receive and when?	Marketing teams need dates
Who owns the footage?	Settle usage rights before filming
Have you filmed events like this?	Familiarity saves time on the day

Print that table and put it in front of anyone you’re considering. A good videographer answers every line without hesitation.

Planning the day

Send the running order early. Name the moments that matter and the people who matter in them. Tell the venue a camera crew is coming, because a surprise cable run annoys everybody.

On the day, we film without interrupting the event itself. Staff and guests get on with the evening and the recording happens around them.

What it costs

It depends on length, number of cameras, and what you want back, so we quote per event. Please don’t base your decision on the lowest number. A cheap recording with poor sound is the most expensive option if you can’t use it.

Send your date, venue, and what you want from the film through our contact page. You’ll get a proper answer.

The short version

Plan the deliverables before the event, ask hard questions about audio and cameras, and hire someone who has filmed in rooms like yours. We cover Gorey, Carlow, Waterford and Kilkenny from our Wexford base and quote per event.
